THE TUDORS!

Mrs Mackenzie has been working in Mrs Dix's and Mr Ellis' class and they have been looking at The Tudors.  They spent some time making pencil sketches of Tudor portraits to focus on proportion.  They then used a sharpie to draw out an enlarged version.  Using watercolour and oil pastel, they brought their paintings to life.  The final step was to add embellishments, such as sequins, gold dust and ribbon.
