Beautiful Beeston/Burwardsley!

The Year 4 children had a fantastic time away in the two Centres.  They enjoyed learning about living in a village and contrasting life in the countryside with their life back at home.  At the dairy farm, the children were fascinated to see the cows being milked, enjoyed feeding the Spring calves and meeting a very domesticated sheep!  The day at Beeston Castle was wonderful, the sun shone and the views across the Cheshire Plains were amazing.  Some children even found the secret passage way!  Our final day was spent at the Candle Factory making some lovely Mother's Day presents.

Thank you to all the Governors that made a special effort to come out and visit us, sharing our wonderful experiences and helping with the organisation of the children.  Also thank you to Mr Mac and Alistair from the farm who always make us so welcome! Lastly, thank you to the children who as always were polite and so very well behaved.
